What is your standard lead time for custom tooling and production?
Custom CNC mold fabrication takes 7–12 working days. Prototype samples are dispatched immediately via DHL/FedEx. Mass production lead times typically range from 15 to 25 days depending on container volume.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
For standard pultruded GFRP flat bars and tubes, our MOQ starts from 500 meters. For molded EPS packaging, MOQ is 1,000 pcs per mold cavity. We readily accommodate trial sample runs for new product validation.
Which export trade terms and payment methods do you support?
We operate on FOB Hai Phong, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms. Accepted payment methods include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and irrevocable L/C at sight issued by first-class international banks.
